Replaces images from stack.imgur.com and collates them
Replaces images from `["https://i.stack.imgur.com/", "https://i.imgur.com/"]` and replaces them with a proxy link this should effectively get around blocked imaged from these domains when viewing StackOverflow and collect them all into a single box at the top of comments or right above where they normally would have been in a content post.
