Fixed one cause of the notification menu becoming blank.

Minor changes to how elements are retrieved and how the menu is hidden while Important Notifications are removed.

Fixed the script infinitely checking for the popup on pages with YouTube embeds

Notifications are now better ordered in English (does not affect other languages).

Also, hopefully final fix of the blank notification menu bug.

Actually fixed the error causing the notification popup to sometimes be blank
