Displays Grok rate limit on screen based on selected model/mode, with updated Auto mode polling for Expert and timer display for depleted high effort

If using TamperMonkey on chrome you have to enable userscripts
1.Go to chrome://extensions/
2.click details under tampermonkey
3.Enable the Allow User Scripts toggle
4.restart Chrome
