Hey could you make a janitor ai script for me?

I'm interested in two scripts: one to remove the limit on forbidden words/phrases in settings, and another to keep memory text even after starting a new chat. Could you make one that retains chat memory across chats? I understand if you only do one, as this might be complicated.
