Hello, I'm using Opera GX and if you are using Opera's pop out function like me, it won't work when used directly on the tab of "www.twitch.tv" itself. I found out that it works when I use Twitch's popout player function making it "player.twitch.tv" and use Opera's pop out video on that. I hope this helps my fellow Opera GX users.
