Freshdesk Monitor

This script enables certain notifications to make working in freshdesk a bit smoother.

(Updated to fix broken notification API)

It will monitor tickets that you have open in tabs, and if the agent changes (normally due to another agent sending a reply) it will notify you so you don't send multiple responses.
It will monitor any ticket lists you have open in tabs and alert you to any new or updated tickets
It will also auto-refresh any ticket lists when there is an update
