Adds a Spotify or Deezer search links next to releases and artists.

Player Preference:
Default behaviour is to open links in Spotify's desktop application. To use Spotify's web interface instead - type "WEB" in the "player preference" section at the top of the code. Likewise, to enable Deezer, change its value to "true" in the same section.
