Adds a small panel to the top of the chat window with a list of macros, allowing you to fire chat macros with mouse actions.
This is for the Kingdom of Loathing browser game. It creates a flexible control panel overlaid on the top of the chat pane with customizable buttons which you can assign to issue arbitrary chat commands.
You can move it around and expand/shrink it as well.
