Controls FPS and lessens Delay
Allows you to control the FPS cap in Evades.io. This also decreases the delay, at least for me. In game, the FPS indicator on the top left doesn't work, I'm working on it. But rest assured that whatever you set the FPS cap to will immediately be implemented.
