Disables the automatic downscaling of Twitch streams while tabbed away

Yeah, I've been noticing it freezing video and/or downscaling when the Twitch tab is minimized, even if it's in its own window (which was supposed to be another way to avoid downscaling). I guess something changed which "broke" this anti-downscale code in the last few weeks.
An update was pushed a week ago. Are you still experiencing issues?
