This is not Safari-specific. This video does not work because it is "protected".
I've tested it to work with v1.96 on Safari 10.0.1 w/ Tampermonkey.
After you update to v1.96, if the page still shows 'sig-XX', you need to refresh the browser one more time. It'll then work until the obfuscate code is changed.

On Safari none of the links is working for download.
