Add one-click buttons for actions like "Not interested", "Don't like", "Already watched", "Don't recommend channel" on YouTube.

A fast way to do Not Interested would be useful, but shortcuts like Ctrl + hover can conflict with normal browser actions, like opening a new tab with Ctrl + click, which could negatively affect the user experience. For this reason, it is difficult to introduce such shortcuts for now.
