< Feedback on Block Youtube Users
yeah im also getting this same issue, the past 2 or 3days maybe, where the X doesn't appear on the recommended page or on the sidebar when watching videos, so now I can't block channels anymore, unless I manually type the name of the channel into the blocklist
i actually saw your comment before i posted here, but i assumed that you're just a bot who is posting a bunch of garbled nonsense (because that's what all the code looks like to the average 'blind leecher'). anyway, thanks, you're assistance is certainly appreciated
by the way, i copy+pasted the code into tampermonkey, and blocktube is even more broken now, because the red X next to channels' names isn't even clickable and neither is there any X on the sidebar videos.
This is the cause of the problem. I had to give up a lot of other features but I don't mind:
// @require https://greasemonkey.github.io/gm4-polyfill/gm4-polyfill.js
oh, and the B at the top right of the page isn't there anymore either, so i don't know how i'm supposed to see what channels are blocked now
I see the B for menu there, but it spreads some CSS from surrounding scripts or extensions.
Here's what it looks like to me, clicking on the small B does nothing.

I've already written to you once, polyfill.js is being destroyed by another extension or userscript that uses it. Turn off that crap and it'll work.

so, that's the issue then, you see. the normal extension works like it should, with the X button next to channel's names and the B button at the top... but now you made these 'updates' which breaks many aspects of the extension and then you're saying that people should disable extensions in order to get your changes to work better, but that's not a solution... you're fixing one thing but breaking 2 things. the normal extension doesn't have a problem with any other extensions and it still functions better than your changes. so don't get nasty when people point out the fact that your update doesn't work, because it doesn't. if you create an update, then it should work better than the normal extension, and yours simply doesn't, in fact, it's worse. so if you want to update the extension to work properly, then that would be great, and i'd even send you $10 through paypal to say thanks, but until then, i'm sticking to the normal extension that atleast still functions properly
functions

I am not the author. I am just a person who fixed it and if you do not understand the given etxt, it is your problem. People simply use stupid scripts that constantly modify the behavior of the entire website! Just remove one line that I have already written here twice and everything works as it should! Besides, I personally promoted this project to another lvl but people here on graesyfork do not deserve it.
It's really funny to watch that the script doesn't work, only for peoples with stupid extensions, lol.

Ok jackass, maybe I should explain it in a way you can understand: Your "Update" is NOT working!
I don't know the first thing about coding but if you end up breaking stuff just to fix things, then it's NOT a long term answer. I was going to show you what it would look like on firefox instead of chrome but it seems like you'll just think I'm someone else and mock everyone using this script and wanting it fixed by someone who KNOWS what they're doing.
By the way, I tried what you wanted everyone to do, do you know what happened? NO! DAMN! CHANGES!!! The same damn little B that doesn't do ANYTHING AT ALL!!!
Your username is real fitting BTW, because it best sums up how you act. Now can Schegge please do something about fixing this script?
Blocked channels showing up in recommendations again, no red X by channel names. Still works for search results, for some reason.
(Also, can we get "right-click to block" back? Getting tired of accidentally clicking through to a video I'm trying to get rid of.)
