Redirect social media platforms to their privacy respecting frontends

Just found out this is no longer being maintained. Sadface. Can't use extensions like Libredirect in Vivaldi on Android but scripts like this are usable via AdGuard Android.
Been using this for a while. Some services don't really work well with the privacy frontend so I disabled them but mostly pretty good. Thank you.
