Downloading is possible for both photos and videos from posts, as well as for stories, reels or profile picture.

Downloads images on IG, and nice that it downloads multiple, but it does not download them in full resolution/hd.
The quality of the resources depends on what Instagram CDN offers you. Sometimes it's a rate limiting issue.
