Corrections to UI of youtube.com: trying to make it more compact like in good old times

I tried several videos, chapter alignment was okay there for me. I added forced center alignment for this element to the new version of the script. Please check whether it helps.
No, but i messed around and unchecked this, and it aligns again.
I added this unchecking to the script. See new version.
Any ideas why the chapter's not aligned properly here?
