Support cloud sync for blocklist?

For example, using GitHub gist sync the blocklist?

Hi mrdulin, are you familiar with any scripts that already have code for this? I need a working example to understand how to do it. Also, it might not be possible to store the access token securely.

I vote for adding synchronization. It is very inconvenient to manually negotiate block lists between three computers.
