One request, if possible please give an option to also have the bar below on full screen, even if it makes the width slight less to adjust aspect ratio.
No. It can't be done.
In many tutorials there are text at bottom, which is often blocked by the ui. Also please remove the whole top bar in full screen which is completely useless and obstructs view.

I made scripts just for the features I need.
The features you are asking are completely different things. I don't have time to make, and I am not interested in making it.
Please change to GOOD or no rating as this is a feature request not a bug report.
