Помогите написать скрипт для регистрации (автоматический ввод капчи и выбор даты) на сайте https://by.e-konsulat.gov.pl/Uslugi/RejestracjaTerminu.aspx?IDUSLUGI=8&IDPlacowki=95 Во время регистрации затруднен доступ к сайту из-за большого количества регистрирующихся сайт доступен только с BY и PL ip адресов.

I expect them to run a protective code that bans IPs of users that issue automated queries too fast.
