Use a natively uncluttered hardware-accelerated player, no ads or annoyances. Also, easily downloadable videos.

Could you please add on option to have the pages load with videos in paused state? For those using newsfeeders it is common to middle click on interesting articles to have them all open in the background for later viewing. Unfortunately, at present that means multiple videos all playing at the same time!
