Hi Liam, at some point I definitely need to redesign the script UI to add information like that to the list of patterns. The script is open source, so you can copy and modify it now if you need it sooner.

Email is more complicated because of security restrictions on mail servers. There are free and paid services that keep an eye on changes web pages and email you.
