I've noticed and I think it is maybe also related to someone posting similar about TikTok hits, that searches often pop up with video preview like boxes (Youtube, Twitch) that can't be blocked and will even show if I got youtube.com on the perma-ban list. Not sure if it would be easy extend the mod or update it to also get rid of those as I presume they are simply down to changes in the code and search pages from google's side.
