Recently spam protection was added. In US-1 and US-2 chat is completely disabled for everyone. In EU-1 you must be logged in to send messages. This will probably change soon.
This is out of my control, these chat restrictions are by the developers of Sigmally and it's up to them to come up with a better, less confusing solution.
