Utility singleton for Waze map editor scripts
This script should not be not be installed directly. It is a library for other scripts to include with the meta directive // @require https://update.greatest.deepsurf.us/scripts/15731/98588/WME%20Util%20Singleton.js
The WME W.ux.Util class is not meant to be used standalone, but rather @required by other scripts as a util class for scripts used within the Waze map editor page
