This script will revert all UI changes prior to late 2022 (which disables rounded corners on everything and reverts 2019-2022 backgrounds.)

The comments section seems to be bugged in the newest update. The button to expand a thread always thinks there's only one reply, showing "View reply" and hiding the length of the thread. Other than that it works great.
