Adds submission, return, and abandonment_rates to the dashboard. Saves stats and only updates them when "Update stats" is clicked to reduce page requests.

MTurk site change--script no longer works.
Today I noticed this script is no longer working properly, all it shows is a lonely
%for all fields. I'm assuming something changed on MTurk.
