I have the same problem, Follow gets through. Aside from that, it still works fine.
It has stopped working. Doesn't block anything anymore
Add ':scope h4[id] > span > span > span > div > span' to the list in line 5104 to fix it
I had to fix it myself. But your structure might be different. You can just f12 and see it and fix accordingly.
I can confirm that adding the above selector to line 5104 seems to work! Have only used it for a couple of minutes, but it works for now.

Hi, great script.
I've noticed one problem with V5.02. On the main News feed it's allowing "Follow" to get through. But on my "Feeds" page it's working. I've reinstalled it, and it's still letting "Follow" through just on the main news feed..
