What do you mean by "special permission"? There is no special permission required to upload 30 scripts, you are free to do that.

I need a special permission to upload 30 userscripts in a very short period of time, because once I upload 3 scripts or so, I get this message:

You have posted too many scripts recently. Please try again later.

Okay, now I get it, that probably was created to prevent multiple spam scripts. I think, the only thing you can do at this point is wait 🤷‍♂️.

I get this message for over 18 hours, now; it used to be 30 minutes or so.

The rate limits are - 3/hour, 10/day, 20/week.
