One suggestion: Is it possible to save it as the title of the chat? Currently is saves the file as "copilot_conversation.md"

Thank you so much!! Imagine my surprise when I copied the tab name today and saved a chat, only to find it is saving with the chat name now and I do not need to manually rename it!!!!
