Add up/down navigation buttons with a settings panel (timer & transparency).

changed the placeholder text for the timer field
some bug fixes here and there. it's still has some issues though
replaced the transparency button toggle and moved the transparency option to the settings window
added the settings button
added the ability to make the buttons invisible/transparent
