AdGuard (http://adguard.com/) is a system-wide, paid ad blocker. But the Windows version has support for userscripts that then apply to all browsers.
On the Greasy Fork homepage is a list of userscript managers, but they are all browser specific, so I suggest adding AdGuard on there as a system wide userscript manager for Windows.
