Use this modified version of the userscript, it should solve this problem, remove the installed Hulu userscript first.

But the downloaded subtitles from Hulu using this userscript on Firefox has a problem with the line breaks,
use this modified version of the userscript with Google Chrome instead.
Sorry, I recommend using Google Chrome. I have added description that this script only supports Google Chrome.
Hello, The download button is not showing in the bottom right of the screen. I have restarted Firefox and my computer but no button. Did I miss a step?
