Well it rounds the amount of seconds to minutes so it may not be 100% accurate, but if you want accuracy I found this script after posting mine and it looks/functions a bit better, I would recommend it: Youtube Playlist Time - fuzetsu.

The fuzetsu script does not work anymore.
It rounds to hours but it's fine works as intended not a bug.
A bit off
the playlist is much longer but only shows 4.9 hours (see picture)
though it works on some others
