Set the default viewing mode to Theater Mode.

YouTube changed their markup a bit, which affected how I was detecting if Theater Mode was enabled or not. I've just put up a new update. Let me know if it works for you.
If it doesn't, try bumping the 600ms delay in the script to something higher like 750ms and see if that works.
