Audio plays twice with auto stop when played from youtube.com

I get 2 audio tracks with a slight delay so they echo when clicking videos from https://www.youtube.com/ homepage. It's only a problem when auto stop is set, works fine with start and auto pause. Auto stop works fine when clicking on all other videos and embeds that I've tested.
