現在の状況(2020/9/7更新)
開発は放置してますが、今のところ動作します。動作不良が発生したら(もしよければ教えてください)、対応します。
将来的に、各種の配信サイトで統一的に動作する、設定パネルも備えてCPU負荷も低いスクリプトに生まれ変わる予定。

ライブページで、ページを再読込させると動きます。
(トップページなどからリンクをたどっただけでは動きません)

進化しまくった AbemaTV Screen Comment Scroller に比べるとだいぶ見劣りしますが、
自分のPC内にとどめておくのはもったいないので、いちおう公開しておきます。
