You can set custom components for kanji inside jpdb, which means that you can change the default components shown for each kanji with the ones you prefer.
- Syncs across devices. Once you create custom components on one device you will see your custom component an all the devices that have the script installed.
This works because data is saved inside the mnemonic.

To use custom components for a specific kanji click on the button to the right of Composed of* and edit the mnemonic line that will appear with your custom components.
