Update 11/23/25: I have ported this to a true chrome extension. it can be found on the Official Grok Discord server - https://discord.gg/FVna7Jkhsg.. one you join the server you will find it here https://discord.com/channels/1320903119827112047/1393013195714596894. New version will be on chrome web store just search "Grok Rate Limit Display"

If using TamperMonkey on chrome you have to enable userscripts
1.Go to chrome://extensions/
2.click details under tampermonkey
3.Enable the Allow User Scripts toggle
4.restart Chrome

Note: may not work behind some VPN's
