Tag Column for Kanka Entity Lists

This script adds a Tags column to entity lists in table view. By default, the new column is inserted after the Type column, but you can change the value of the insertAfter parameter as instructed at the top of the script to place it elsewhere, for example immediately after the entity name or just before the action dropdown.

Note that this column cannot be sorted by. The script also changes the name of the existing "Tags" column to "Subtags" when viewing Tags, to better differentiate them.
