Too Many Layers

Too Many Layers, or WME-TML, simply makes the display layer list longer, so you can scroll through all the layers you've added with other scripts. I've often found my layer list overflowing past the normal height of the scrollable list, so I've fixed that for myself and I'm sure others could use the fix, too. Here's to adding some QoL to WME!
